St Ann’s Outreach Community ProgramSt Ann’s Outreach is a thriving community care program which provides in-home care to 28 clients within central Hobart.The Outreach program allows aged people who require regular assistance to stay in their own homes. A registered nurse and trained carers provide a range of services including assisting clients with showering and dressing, house cleaning, shopping and transport to shops and local appointments. Visits, services and times are all tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual client.
